Returns & Exchanges Policy

Order Inspection:

For your peace of mind, you can open and inspect your order while the courier is present before accepting it. If you decide not to keep it, you can return it immediately and only pay the shipping fees.

Exchanges:
Yes, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Just contact us via DM or WhatsApp.

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition received, with all tags and original packaging.

Delivery fees apply again for exchanges.

Refunds:
Refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, and confirmed to be in acceptable condition, the refund will be transferred accordingly.

Shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Please note: Refunds are not allowed on items purchased during sales or promotional periods. Exchanges are still applicable within 7 days under the same conditions stated above.
